HOSTING POLICY
Late Fees:
Accounts with payments that have not been received within 5 days of the due date will be assessed a late fee of $25.
If payment has not been received by 7days of the due date, the site will be deactivated. A deactivated site will not be accessible from the Internet. The site will remain deactivated until payment (including late fees) are received.
To avoid any late fees, it is recommended that you place a deposit equal to one month's server payment on file for your account. Fees are due in U.S. currency and are payable quarterly or semi-annually.
Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your housing contract you must send a cancellation notice 5 days before the end of your last month of service. You may send your notice by fax or email.

We do not accept mid-month cancellations and requests not received 5 days before the end of the month will be subject to the following months billing.
